Since 1978 we have been making cured meats using unique and genuine ingredients following ancient recipes created and honed to perfection in Trentino, a lively region in Italy that abounds in scents and flavors as well as in a rich cultural and folkloristic heritage.
Carne salada, cottospeck, speck are the names for our unique delicacies that have made our food famous throughout the world. And let’s not forget the classical cured meats of Italian tradition, too, such as cooked and raw ham (prosciutto cotto and prosciutto crudo), bacon (pancetta), roasts and salamis.
We closely and constantly attend to the quality and safety of our products. Each production phase undergoes in-depth inspections, and we give priority to technological innovation so as to improve our products day after day, but without ever forgetting our roots and the various eating styles of our modern clientele.
